Details
The HD-28 brought back herringbone top trim and scalloped top bracing to Martin's lineup when it was introduced in 1976. Of course Martin has repeated those two features on countless new models since, but in terms of tone and volume this one from 40+ years ago can hold its own against any of those latecomers. There's quite a bit of playing wear, especially the belt-buckle rash to the back, but a partial refret makes it play like a new Dreadnought. No cracks anywhere and original throughout except for the frets and the strap button.
