Sergei de Jonge, Indan/Englemann

The latest model from the leader of our favorite family band of luthiers, this is the first response from Sergei to our request for a cutaway. Note the spalted Box Elder (ash leaf maple, sometimes also called "Manitoba maple") used for the rosette, end wedge, and truss rod cover, plus the matching rosewood overlay on both the front and back of the headstock. The Indian rosewood used on the back and sides is very dark, hence the reflections on the back. We're working on a better photo studio! If you like to combine guitar-art with function, this instrument is equally pleasing to both the ear and the eye. A deluxe TKL case is included, of course.
