Koa topped guitars can be hit or miss in the tone department; this one is a hit!
Boasting rich, strong bass and present, even mid's and treble this guitar is just as stunning soundwise as it is visually. The guitar has an excellent dynamic range, and sounds great with any style of playing and will respond well to a light fingerstyle touch and not sound boxy when picked hard (a rare feat!)
The R. Taylor line are made in a small area of the Taylor factory and are built by the most experienced employees (one of which has been at Taylor for over 30 years). This guitar has impeccable build quality, and the playability is exceptional.
