Our latest arrival from Charles Waldman. This one has an 11" head with a deep 3.5" shell. Charles' banjos have become a popular instruments with the old time players as of late. His nineteenth century styling has a very attractive look and his use of local woods has created consideralbe interest with the retro crowd (including myself). This banjo has a 26" scale for a comfortable feel but long enough to keep the tension up so it has a strong voice. The 3.5" shell provides considerable response on the D string but it still has a strong punk in the upper register. A fine old time banjo. Tom
