Frank Ford Frank is here every day but Thursday and Friday. He is one of Gryphon's Founding Flounders, and heads our Service Department. Frank has over 30 years experience repairing guitars, mandolins, and banjos, and teaches specialized repair classes at seminars and schools across the country. For a glimpse into what he's been doing, check the FRETS.com website, but be sure to leave yourself lots of time, as some folks logs onto FRETS and disappear for days!
