Details
Thanks to the wood body this is a light and lively National single-cone (weight is well under 6 lbs). While it lacks a bit of the metallic twang of the brass body or steel body Nationals it has the overtones and roar of the classic National single cone sound. The nickel plating was given a lightly brushed surface originally, so it's hard to say if this shows signs of use and there's no fret wear. No dings or scratches to the satin-finished wood body or neck. A versatile National, while it's great for raucous blues you can also move your right hand up near the fingerboard and get a more mellow tone suitable for a wide range of acoustic styles. Best of all, you won't have to bash on it to be heard! Original case and paperwork.
