Collings Solid Body Electric Guitars

Collings introduced their first electrics in 2006 and they quickly earned a reputation for being some of the finest plugged in guitars out there. Our most popular model is the 290, a simple, all-mahogany guitar that we usually order with Jason Lollar P-90s but we also have versions with ThroBak pickups, Lollar humbuckers or, every now and then, one with a Charlie Christian in the neck position. We also stock the offset body 360, which we usually order with a Mastery vibrato, and the City Limits, a mahogany bodied guitar with a maple top. The City Limits is one of the most elegant solid bodied guitar we’ve ever seen.

Collings also makes a number of semi-hollow guitars including the I-35 and the SoCo, both of which we have a hard time keeping in stock. They also make a number of hollow bodies including the Statesman, the Eastside, the CL Jazz and the new I-30, a slimline hollow body with P-90s that sounds amazing. (We presold our first three I-30s so it will be a few months before we have one for sale.) Our stock on certain models is low right now but starting in mid-March we will be getting a new Collings every 10 days or so.
