New Collings Parlor Deluxe Traditional
The Collings Parlor Deluxe Traditional is inspired by the guitars of the late 19th century, the era when builders first started bracing instruments for steel strings. Although these guitars look tiny to our modern eyes, in their day they were the standard size. Parlor guitars are not as loud or as bassy as their larger descendants but they have a pleasing, delicate tone and they are very responsive. This particular model has the Deluxe-level cosmetic features such as multi colored purfling and a bound neck and headstock. This guitar has an Adirondack spruce top and Madagascar rosewood sides and back, two other special upgrades. This guitar sounds as good as it looks.
