Details
Here's a really clean example of what was the top Guild flattop model in its day. Guild pretty much had the jumbo acoustic market to itself at the time, as Gibson's quality was in decline, Taylor was just getting started, and Martin's largest guitar was a Dreadnought. F-50Rs like this one were considered a prize, and for good reason as they delivered a big acoustic voice and were predictably road-worthy. As a result, you see them often on album covers of the period and in live stage footage, and they were a staple of the folk-rock sound.
This example is pretty much original throughout, and although there's some playing wear to the finish there are no cracks to the wood and only a few signs of minor repairs to the fingerboard binding (these photos show the cracks, a common problem with bound-neck Guilds). Comes with the original hardshell case.
