Details
After a 10+ year drought, Martin had a limited supply of Brazilian rosewood again starting in the mid-1980s and it was offered as an option by the Martin Custom Shop (at a significant premium, obviously). This is a Custom Shop guitar but it's essentially like a Standard Series D-45 of that period with the exception of it being left-handed, and made with scalloped top braces like the Custom 15 Dreadnought models. Although it's been played the fret wear is quite light and it's been handled very carefully so there are no cracks or even serious dings or scratches. Since this type of TKL case was available in 1987 we're assuming it's newer than the guitar (the original case was probably Martin's black thermoplastic version).
