1996 Gibson Jimmy Page Signature Les Paul Electric Guitar Used
This Gibson Jimmy Page Les Paul was made in 1996 and it’s in excellent, lightly played condition. It’s part of the standard signature series that Gibson made from 1995 to 1999. This guitar is inspired by Page’s 1959 Les Paul Paul Standard and it features a variation of the versatile switching system he used. The 496R neck and 500T bridge are wired to 4 push/pull pots and the electronic scheme can be summarized as follows:
Treble Volume Knob “Up”- Coil Tap on Bridge Pickup
Rhythm Volume Knob “Up”- Coil Tap on Neck Pickup
Treble Tone Knob- Phase Switch
Rhythm Tone Knob- Series/Parallel
This guitar has the chunky ‘59 neck profile and a compound radius fretboard. The AA flem maple top has a light honeyburst finish. Includes the original black hardshell case with emerald green lining, with Page's signature emblazoned on the shroud.
