It’s in excellent, lightly played condition and while the  frets do show a little wear, they have lots of life left in them. The X700 was the second fanciest archtop Guild made, the fanciest being, of course, the Artist Award. Like the Artist Award, this guitar has a 17-inch body and a  solid, carved spruce top. The X700 differs in that it has a shorter 24 ¾” scale length and a layered maple back. It’s fitted with a pair of Guild HB-1 humbuckers. The gold plating on the hardware is a little worn but in otherwise good condition. This is a sweet sounding, easy playing guitar that excels at jazz, but it has a enough bite to work for rockabilly or other more raucous styles. The original hardshell case is scuffed around the edges but structurally sound.","brand":"Guild","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44835431678151,"sku":"GUIX700AB-AK700079","price":3500.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0503\/4947\/3991\/files\/1209321.jpg?v=1780655543","url":"https:\/\/www.gryphonstrings.com\/products\/1996-guild-x700-stuart-archtop-electric-guitar-used-21908","provider":"Gryphon Strings","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
