This is a US-made Gold Tone, and there's so sign of any attempt to cut corners. One-piece curly maple neck, cast brass one-piece flange, 3-ply maple rim, lacquer finish, the list of checked boxes goes on and on. Solid bluegrass tone with a fast and easy-playing neck. Great value, obviously.
