The O body shape is the original Lowden \"jumbo,\" first offered in 1976 and George Lowden has been building variations in different tonewood combinations ever since. This example was crafted with a Sitka spruce top and Honduran rosewood back and sides. This is a very different jumbo, and the rich overtones of Honduran rosewood pair well with the immediate response of the Sitka soundboard.  The result is a guitar that responds to the lightest touch, yet still has oodles of headroom for more aggressive players.
