Here's an almost unbelievably clean 5 year-old Collings I-35LC, and about the only signs of use are a few light finger/pick scritches to the pickguard (not a typo, there're lighter than scratches). If you look really closely at the back in bright light, you'll probably notice a tiny ding or two, and a bit of tarnish to the corner of the bridge pickup cover. OK, enough with the superlatives about the condition.
Pickups are the optional ThroBack humbuckers, made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Since these are considered about as close to '59 PAF humbuckers as can be found, this Collings delivers that legendary early ES-335 tone. Nice subtle figure to the maple, it's such a beautiful guitar one can almost forgive the original owner for not playing it all that much but we hope you can avoid that trap.
