This S03 is based on George Lowden's small S body shape and it has a solid Cedar top and layered Santos Rosewood back and sides. The only issue is that it has a small screw in the side in the waist on the treble side. It's held in place by a nut on the inside and since it doesn’t seem to affect anything, we decided to leave it in place. No, we don't know why the previous owner did this.
