Yes, it's a virtually new Martin, but thanks to the VTS (torrified) treatment to the spruce top this 000-28 doesn't really sound brand new. Other tweaks to their Modern Deluxe Series include a carbon fiber bridge plate, so while it has a warm bass response there's also nice sparkle to the trebles. Short 24.9" scale and low string action makes it a joy to play, why work harder than you have it?
Nearly perfect condition throughout but there are a few dings to the finish on the top in the lower bout (treble side). The previous owner came to the conclusion that he really is a Dreadnought guy after all, so you save a lot of dough thanks to that realization.
