It’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition and shows light signs of having been played. It features an 11-inch rim with a wooden Tubaphone-style tone ring. Like its metal counterpart, the Wood-O-Phone has a hollow chamber that rests under the head that helps focus the tone giving this banjo a crisp, yet woody tone. Like all of Waldman’s instruments, it’s impeccably crafted.
