The latest addition to the I-35 series is the Vintage. For this model, Collings refined everything from the laminates to the center block design to the neck construction. The LC Vintage is fitted with Throbak ESG-102B pickups, which have been tweaked to Collings’ specifications. The finish is subtly checked and the metal hardware is lightly aged, which gives the guitar a vintage vibe. The Collings LC Vintage is our most popular semi-hollow Collings model but you probably wouldn’t know that because they have all sold almost as soon as they have been listed.
