Spanky Banjo Uke
This is one of the nicest banjo ukes, new used or vintage, we have seen in a while. It has a loud, clear tone without the piercing sound you can sometime get.
Spanky Banjo Ukes are built in Texas by luthiers Phil Morris and Dan Fobert. Unlike most banjo ukes, which are based on the soprano scale length, Spanky Banjo Ukes use the longer concert scale length neck with a slightly wider fretboard, which makes them easier to play for those of you with larger hands. The neck, shell and resonator are made of walnut and the fretboard is ebony. It’s set up with Peghed tuners.
