Details
The Tupelo may be a no frills open back, but don’t let the lack of ornamentation fool you; this is well-crafted instrument with the attention detail we have come to expect from Ome. The cherry shell includes 14 brackets and a Renaissance head produces a rich, resonant sound that captures the essence of traditional banjo tones. It has aged brass hardware, including the tension hoop and Sweetone tailpiece. The neck is crafted from high-quality cherry and has an ebony fingerboard with 17 hardened nickel frets and brass dot inlays. The tung oil finish enhances the natural beauty of the wood, while the brass dot position markers ensure easy navigation along the fretboard. The ebony capped heel adds a touch of refinement.
