Details
A very solid D3 Collings, with no sign of repairs and certainly no cracks, but a guitar that has seen some serious use and so has visible pick wear to the top as shown in these photos. There's also light capo wear on the bass side of the neck just below the fingerboard, and light surface wear and nicks to the rest of the body. Big sound, even for a Collings, and more bass than usual making this an ideal Dreadnought for the bluegrass player or anyone who needs to be sure their playing can be heard in a challenging mix.
This example has the neck inlays of the Collings D2H, btw, as the D3 models' standard appointments are a blank ebony fingerboard.
