Details
Built by hand in Canterbury, England, The Nineteen is an expertly crafted small-body, slope-shoulder acoustic that showcases Atkin’s attention to detail and reverence for classic American design. It offers the aesthetics of a scaled-down dreadnought while preserving the tonal character of a larger guitar. With a 15” lower bout and 4 1/8" depth, The Nineteen feels closer to a 000 in hand, but delivers a rich, warm voice that is great for both fingerstyle and strumming. The baked Sitka spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides offers clarity, warmth, and balance. Finished in Atkin’s signature aged nitrocellulose lacquer, it has the visual charm and open resonance of a well-loved vintage guitar. Aside from the intentional finish checking, it shows light cosmetic wear from regular play. Includes the original hardshell case.
