Details
In 2025 Martin refreshed the Standard Series by making some subtle changes to the neck shape, the top bracing and fretboard thickness. This model was made in late 2024 and since it doesn’t have the new features we are able to offer it a lower price. Instead of the regular price of $9699 we have reduced it by 15% to $8244.
The D-45 is Martin’s flagship dreadnought and its combination of elegant bling and exemplary tone have made it Martin’s most coveted model. It’s crafted from master-grade East Indian rosewood back and sides and clear, even-grained spruce. It has forward-shifted scalloped x-braces, a genuine mahogany neck, an ebony fretboard and abalone purfling around the top, back and sides. D-45s have been spotted in the hands of great musicians from Gene Autry, the singing cowboy who got the first D-45, up through Neil Young, David Crosby, John Mayer, Stephen Stills and more. Are you ready to join that storied list?
