The Espresso 15 is a crystal-clear-sounding 15W tube amp with an Eminence 12” Red Fang speaker and a super-tweeter that can be turned on or off, depending on how much airiness you want. This amp sounds great when plugging in an acoustic-electric, but it really seems to shine with an archtop jazz guitar. It perfectly encapsulates the fine balance between hi-fi clarity and warm, vintage tones that jazz electric guitar players look for. All Humphrey amps are built in gorgeous, hand-crafted wooden enclosures, with this specific model possibly being one of the best-looking examples out there.
