Details
This Kamaka HF-4 baritone ukulele was built in Hawaii in 2003 and it’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. The Baritone is the largest member of the ukulele family, and the HF-4 is one of the finest examples currently being made. It’s tuned DGBE, the same pitches as the top four strings of the guitar. Consequently, it produces the most guitar-like tone and many players think of it as a four string guitar rather than as a big ukulele. The HF-4 offers a smooth, mellow bass response but it still has that characteristic ukulele sparkle in the treble range. The top, back and sides are solid Hawaiian koa and they have a gloss finish, which shows the koa grain and color to advantage. Includes a fleece-lined chipboard case.
