Details
This Fender Custom Shop ‘69 Stratocaster was built in 2023. It has the lightly aged Journeyman Relic finish so it’s hard to say what scratches and scuffs are from the factory or the previous owner, but judging from the lack of fret wear, we’re going to say this guitar is in excellent cosmetic condition. It has an alder body and the large headstock Fender started using in the late 1960s. The riftsawn maple neck has the 1969 U shape, which is not too chunky or too slim. It’s fitted with a trio of hand-wound Fender Bone Tone pickups, which have fewer turns of heavy formvar wire and beveled alnico 2 magnets which give you more headroom and clarity when played at louder, overdriven volume levels. Includes the original hardshell case, COA, whammy bar and bridge cover.
