These CF Series Martin archtops were essentially constructed by Dale Unger, with Martin doing the finishing. The CF-1 models have an X-braced top and floating Kent Armstrong pickup with volume control on the ebony pickguard. While this functions as an excellent jazz guitar when plugged in, thanks to the floating pickup, X-bracing, and 3-inch deep body it has good acoustic response as well so you'll be able to get more than a whispering practice tone without plugging in (it's currently strung with flat-wound strings for smooth squeak-free fingering, acoustic tone would be warmer with more bass response if strung with round-wound strings).
Not much playing wear but there are a few finish dings, frets have very little wear. Comes in an excellent Hiscox case.
