This limited edition is essentially Martin's recreation of its 000-18 model made in 1955, the year Chris Martin was born. Special touches include the use of reclaimed old-growth spruce from Alaska (the dings and wear you see on the face are not even skin-deep, they're printed recreations in the finish of the wear found on the original '55 Martin being copied). Period-correct Kluson tuners, neck inlays, and pickguard, with original tapered (not scalloped) top bracing. Only 70 examples of this model will be made, this is #19, with a paper label hand-signed by Chris Martin IV.
