This Washburn M3SWE was made in 2019 and it’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. This F-5 style mandolin has a solid carved European spruce top, and solid carved Canadian maple back and sides It has a cast metal tailpiece and a radiused fretboard. It’s fitted with a piezo pickup and active electronics and has preamp with bass, treble, and volume controls. This mandolin has the percussive bark that bluegrass demands when you dig in hard, but if you back off a bit, it works well for Celtic styles, old-time string band music, jazz and just about any style you can think of. Includes a hardshell case which is excellent structural condition but has a few scuffs and tears.
