Details
This exceptionally clean early '50s L-48 has its original tuners, pickguard, bridge and tailpiece, and the finish is original throughout. Thankfully it's had an excellent refret, and so it plays far better than any L-48 with 70+ years old frets. Thanks to the mahogany top these have a unique tone, more mellow than most archtops but still with plenty of "cut". And of course it has that classic '50s Gibson D-shape neck profile.
