Thanks to a recent refret this 71-year-old Gibson L-7C plays like a new guitar, and delivers plenty of volume with excellent string balance and clarity. The einish is original throughout, and we can't find any cracks anywhere. There is some typical lacquer crazing, especially on the face. This has the mid-'50s "C/D shape" neck profile that gives Gibson fanatics the shivers, and after playing it for just a few minutes you'll see why. It comes with a McCarty pickguard pickup, which sound great. A great archtop that's ready for its next assignment. Includes the original case, which has has its edges reinforced by a professional furniture restorer.
