Details
Thanks to original patent-number pickups and a Gryphon refret with period-correct jumbo wire, this '67 ES-175 plays and sounds like a true full-depth hollow body archtop should. Original tuners, pickguard, and bridge, tailpiece is a correct repro (the original broke at the hinge and is in the case). Original finish throughout with crazing that's typical for mid-'60s Gibsons, the lack of surface wear to the finish suggests this 175 has led a charmed life compared to most of its littermates.
