Details
While this D-18 from the late '60s hasn't lived in a closet, it's remarkably original and has all the original stuff that matters like the original finish, tuners, and bridge (plus all original interior bracing). The pickguard had curled up (as most of them do from this period) and has been replaced with the original style, and it's had a proper neck reset. A long side crack (starting at the waist on treble side) was repaired years ago, ditto a small crack to the back. A "case bite" ding to the spruce top has been nicely filled, thankfully there aren't any top cracks, and none to the neck.
It has that classic mahogany Martin Dreadnought tone. with great clarity and of course plenty of bass response to anchor whatever you're playing. Comes with good black hardshell case with arched lid.
