Details
The Koa Concert Jumbo Cutaway model is approximately the same size as a Taylor Grand Auditorium and has been one of Goodall's most popular models for several years. It essentially defined the fingerstyle steel-string guitar, and in terms of balance, clarity, and overall volume the KCJC was hard to beat regardless of price. James chose some particularly nice figured koa of the back and sides on this beauty. This example has been played but has only very light fret wear and shows few signs of handling, which means it's had excellent care. No cracks, no signs of repair, and no changes. Made in Kailua-Kona Hawaii by James Goodall and a small crew of like-minded luthiers who were an excellent compromise between the big guitar factory production and individual builders. Comes with the original deluxe TKL case.
