Details
Hailing from the Czech Republic, Prucha Bluegrass Instruments builds a variety of world-class bluegrass instruments. Their faithful renditions of classic models capture the heart and spirit of the instruments played by the greats. This banjo is no exception. Ordered with a custom radiused fingerboard, this Prucha Bat 5-String Resonator plays like a dream. It has a full, punchy sound, perfect for any three-finger/Scruggs-style player in need of a great-sounding bluegrass banjo for any setting. The maple on this instrument is absolutely stunning, and to make it even more special, it was ordered with a solid, carved resonator, making it both extremely resonant and visually striking. Prucha’s unique charm and thoughtful aesthetics really shine through in features like the mix of matte and gloss hardware and their original mother-of-pearl Bat inlays. This banjo has been well cared for over the last 24 years. It shows only minor wear from being played, including very light pressure dings on the resonator (likely from a belt buckle) and a small ding on the top of the headstock, but overall it remains very clean. It comes with its original hardshell case
