Details
This Collings C10 Deluxe was crafted in Austin, Texas in 2006 and it’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. There are only the slightest signs in the finish of having been played but there is a bit of fret wear to prove it hasn’t spent its life in its case. This guitar has two features that we really like. The most obvious is the elegant sunburst (does anyone do a sunburst better than Collings?) and the other is the short, 24 ⅞” scale length, which makes for an easy playing guitar. The back and sides are Indian rosewood, which gives this guitar a darker, mellower tone than you usually hear in small bodied instruments like this. The Deluxe appointments include ivoroid binding on the body, neck and headstock. We really like the way this accentuates the shape of the asymmetrical headstock. Includes the original hardshell case.
