Details
This Larrivee LV-09 was made in 2008 in Larrivee's California workshop. It features the L-Style body, which is inspired by the classical guitars Jean Larreivee crafted at the beginning of his career. The top is Sitka spruce and the back and the sides are Indian rosewood and it’s bound in maple. The V in the model name refers to the rounded Venetian cutaway. It’s in excellent lightly played condition. The frets show zero wear and the pickguard barely shows barely any finger scuffs. It’s fitted with a Larrivee I-Mix onboard preamp pickup, which is made by LR Baggs. This is a sweet sounding guitar with a great bass to treble balance and it responds equally well to a light fingerstyle technique or more robust flatpicking. The original hardshell case is in equally clean condition.
