This Collings UC2 Concert Ukulele was crafted in Austin, Texas in 2013 from some of the fanciest figured mahogany we have ever seen. It’s in excellent, lightly played condition. The Collings 2 series of ukuleles have a gloss finish, the Collings trademark ''haircut'' peghead shape and tortoiseshell-colored body binding with black/white purfling. It has a rosewood bridge and fingerboard. This is a fine sounding instrument with a clear balanced tone. If you have ever wanted a Collings uke, don’t wait. Collings has stopped making them and we don’t know when we’ll see another one. The original hardshell case is equally clean.
