This Taylor 312 was built in 2014 and it’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. The frets have just the slightest hint of wear. The top is solid Sitka spruce and the back and sides are solid sapele. It has a short scale length of 24 ⅞”, which make this guitar easier to play because the frets are closer together and the strings are under less tension making them easier to press down. The Grand Concert body also allows for less of a right arm stretch over the body of the guitar. The original hardshell case is in equally clean condition although the hasp on one of the latches is missing.
