An extremely clean example of Martin's revised version of the iconic OM-28. Except for the more modern "blind-end" (short) bridge saddle and contemporary low-oval neck shape,, it's essentially what was an OM-28V in their Vintage Series in previous years. It has a whole host of vintage features, such as grained ivoroid binding, scalloped top bracing, open-back tuners, diamonds-and-squares neck inlays, tortoiseshell-style pickguard, etc. The result is the best of a vintage reissue OM, but with modern playability and ease of string action adjustment or pickup installation.
If this was played, it was handled so carefully you can't tell. The finish has settled nicely in the last 6 years, giving it that stashed-not-bashed vibe.
