Details
This Nash T-63 was built in 2020 and since it features an aged fish, it’s difficult to say which nick, dings and scratches are original. It does have a light amount of fret wear, so it didn’t get played much. There’s no mistaking the look of a Charlie Christian pickup. And when you plug one in, the rich, mellow tone and exceptional clarity leave no doubt that you are hearing one of the best-designed pickups ever. This Nash T-63 has a Christian in the neck position that is paired with a Bill Lawernce L-350 single coil. The 25.5-inch scale length of the T-63 produces a bright, crisp timbre which, when combined with the Christian neck pickup, has a tone that might be described as fat twang. This guitar has a nitrocellulose lacquer finish in Dakota Red.
While this guitar has tone and feel of a vintage T-style guitar it has a few modern features, such as Lollar pickups, a self lubricating nut, and Gotoh Vintage tuning machines that make the guitar easier to play and maintain It also has a rosewood fingerboard, an alder body and a Gotoh bridge with 3 brass compensated saddles. Every Nash guitar is hand built and each one is unique. Includes the original hardshell case.
