We're big fans of these Taylor Grand Concert 12 string models with the 12-frets-clear neck because it puts the bridge in the middle of the soundboard and the result is a far bigger sound than you'd expect from a relatively small-bodied guitar. This example has the advantage of V-Class bracing on the cedar stop and the shorter string scale also makes it easy to play. And really, how often to you play a 12-string above the12th-fret? This one is nearly perfect, but there are light scuffs to the pickguard and one very small and very shallow dent in the finish beneath the G strings (how it got there is anybody's guess, and you'll have to look carefully to find it). Fret wear close to zero, Taylor case is equally clean.
