Details
David Morgan is a British luthier who spent thirty-five years as a cabinet maker and joiner before leaving that all behind in 2013 to spend the rest of his working life building ukuleles. And looking at the high quality of his instruments, we can safely say the cabinet making world lost an excellent craftsman. This tenor ukulele was made in 2022 and it was obviously inspired by the fancy ukuleles made in Hawaii in the early part of the 20th century. It has the signature rope binding we find on the finest instruments from that period, as well as some nicely figured koa. This ukulele is in excellent structural and cosmetic condition and show no fret wear. It has a bright, clear tone with focused bass and ringing trebles. Includes a well-padded gig bag.
