The top, back and sides of the Taylor K24ce Special Edition are made from solid koa, a combination that produces a lovely guitar that sounds as good as it looks. The Next Generation version features scalloped V-Class bracing produces a lively, punchy tone with a pronounced midrange response, clear trebles and warm, resonant lows. It has slender Action Control Neck that enables easy, on-the-fly string height adjustments, while providing the inviting feel expected from a Taylor. It’s fitted with Taylor’s new onboard Claria Pickup System which has volume, mid-contour and tone controls. This Special Edition has subtle mix of shell and wood appointments which include a mother-of-pearl peghead logo, paua GA-LTD inlays, a sycamore pickguard, Indian rosewood body binding, and a single-ring rosette featuring paua and Indian rosewood.
