Rules to Visit Gryphon or Schedule Repairs

Gryphon's Updated Repair Situation:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, (illness and injury) we are unable to accept new repairs at this time. Rest assured that if you left an item with us, the work will be completed as soon as possible. We can’t really estimate when we will be able to take in new repairs but we hope it will be within the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thanks to fewer restrictions on shopping you no longer need to make appointments to visit the retail showrooms at Gryphon!

Also, we recommend that you wear a mask but it's not required.

Note that since our Repair Department continues to be busier than it's ever been, repairs are still booked by appointment only.
