Gryphon's Updated Retail Rulebook
Thanks to fewer restrictions on shopping you no longer need to make appointments to visit the retail showrooms at Gryphon!
However, all customers must wear a mask to enter the store and the 6 foot social distancing rules remain unchanged.
Note that since our Repair Department continues to be busier than it's ever been, repairs are still booked by appointment only.
Gryphon's updated repair scheduling:
All repair intake and consultation is by APPOINTMENT - please call the shop (650-493-2131) to schedule an appointment to bring your instrument in for evaluation.
We can make 30-minute appointments on WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS.
We can often restring your guitar, banjo, mandolin or ukulele on the day you bring them in, without an appointment. You also do not need an appointment to pick up your guitar after repairs are completed.
