Details
This 000 from Santa Cruz is an elegant take on the classic 12-fret design. It features a stunning California redwood top, bordered by herringbone purfling and ivoroid binding. The neck and slotted headstock are also bound in ivoroid, adding to its sleek look. Like many Santa Cruz 000s, this guitar sounds bigger than its size suggests. The combination of rosewood back and sides with a redwood top produces a rich low end, a warm, earthy attack, and a generous bloom of overtones. Overall, the condition is very good, with minimal wear. There are a few small pressure dings on the top, back, and on the headstock around the tuning machines. The frets are in great shape with very minimal wear. Whether you're after a dynamic fingerstyle instrument or a responsive rhythm guitar, this one definitely delivers. It includes its original Santa Cruz Ameritage hardshell case.
