Details
This Collings Mahogany CW was made in 2007 and it’s one that has the serious flat pickers in and around Gryphon raving about the way it sounds. If you are a fan of Adirondack spruce, it would be hard to find a top with straighter grain and more even coloring. This CW has been played, there is light fret wear, pick wear to the pickguard, and some shallow jean rivet and shirt button squiggles to the lacquer surface on the back. But the owner was careful, and judging by the color of the top this guitar never spent much time exposed to UV. For the flatpicker who wants a pin-their-ears-back Dreadnought, this is one of best we've had in recent memory. Includes the original hardshell case.
