This 2017 Taylor 214ce DLX is from the generation of Taylor guitars that still featured x-braced tops. Compared to a modern V-braced Taylor, this guitar offers a bit darker of a tone profile, with a slightly more pronounced low-end. Otherwise, it has everything you’d come to expect from Taylor: unmatched playability, great on-board electronics and a beautifully clear sound.
Besides a small yet noticeable ding on the top of the body (located halfway between the bridge and the edge on the bass side) and a few scratches on the back, the guitar is in very good shape. It is evident that it has been well maintained by the previous owner(s). There are some small signs of wear on the frets, but no instances of divots or pits. Comes with the original hardshell case included!
