The American Ultra Luxe ‘50s Telecaster captures the sound and vibe of a vintage guitar with the comfort and performance refinements Fender has perfected over the years. This example has an ash body with an aged Heirloom lacquer with light checking for a naturally “broken-in” feel. The White Blonde finish highlights the ash grain beautifully.
The neck has a comfortable modern “D” profile with a 10”-14” compound radius fingerboard, stainless steel frets and a tapered neck heel for effortless upper-register access. The top and back both have Stat-style comfort carves. The 6-saddle bridge makes intonating this guitar very accurate while the brass saddle pieces stay true to the ‘50s tele tone. The real vintage magic comes from the electronics: a set of Pure Vintage ’51 Tele pickups delivering the twangy, punchy tone Tele players love. This guitar comes in a classic tweed hardshell Fender case.
